I talked Danielle and Sarah into kayaking the upper Provo with me. Haha it was really high and there is one tree that gets me everytime. The water is freezing. I tried to push off the tree we hit and when we flipped over my paddle got stuck. That memory is one I will never forget as long as I live. Sorry Danielle.
We were able to do sealings and go through a session. It was great!

ash, I cant believe how much she has changed it seems like forever since we saw her last which is probably a good thing with all the crap my family has had. Hopefully we are passed that though and we can see you this week.
